Wild Wing Safari offers three base safari types, i.e. Deluxe, Classic and Tailored.

The Classic Safari
The Classic Safari targets all hunting outdoor enthusiasts, featuring comfortable accommodation varying from tented camps to lodges and private guest houses, depending on the location & target species. The Classic Safari is an all inclusive rate and falls in line with our good food, good company & good accommodation policy.
The Deluxe Safari
The Deluxe Safari boasts all the extra trimmings, with luxurious accommodation and unrivalled exclusivity. This popular option provides the best of what South Africa has to offer with regards to wines, foods and accommodation.
The Tailored Safari
The Tailored Safari has more of a ‘bespoke” nature, and can incorporate all the extra add-ons for an exclusive, comprehensive African getaway, including Battlefield tours, salt and fresh water fishing, trips to the Drakensberg to name a few. There are many options available, which will be discussed in detail upon enquiry.

Wild Wings Safaris Daily Rate Includes:

Airport collections and drop-offs
Services of your professional hunter
Trackers and skinners
Field preparations of trophies
Transport of trophies to taxidermist
Accommodation
All meals, table wines, malts and soft drinks
Laundry service
All government licenses as required for animals and hunting

The safaris are sold as an all inclusive rate which ensures there are no unexpected add-ons at the end of the safari.

Items Not Included:

In summary, you will only pay Wild Wing Safaris twice: once for the all-inclusive daily rate and a second time for the animal trophies that you have shot when plains game hunting and/or the ammunition used if bird hunting.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
An initial deposit of 50% of the base daily rate is required to confirm the safari.

The remaining daily rate must be paid before or on commencement of the safari.

Trophy fees are to be paid on conclusion of the safari.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a client cancels the safari more than 6 months before date of commencement, the client’s deposit, less the administration fee, will be refunded.

In the event that the client cancels the safari less than 6 months before date of commencement, the client’s deposit shall be forfeited and retained by Wild Wing Safaris.

Liability and insurance:
Whilst all precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of clients and their possessions, Wild Wing Safaris accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illness, death or loss/damage to possessions. This remains the client’s responsibility. All clients are required to sign an indemnity form before commencement of the safaris.
